Poor Sydney...

Well who would have thought a month has past. Work is going along swimmingly, it has been getting better but only because we need to reconcile for the end of the month but will drop off again soon! But I do love getting the Pounds into my bank account!! I do have to be resilient and not blow all my money on CD’s (but there are soooo many I need to get) and clothes (really really need some, as you can tell by my photos on my blog)..

But I am having some problems over greeting Europeans, I know there is kissing on the cheeks. Do I kiss the person on the cheek or do I let them kiss me on the cheek and how do I know if you do it once or twice…I am confused!! Not to mention when is hugging appropriate??

But went to a Pri-mark (K-mart) party on the weekend with Tina, I met the people last week so didn’t really know them that well. But that whole day I had Madonna’s song ‘Don’t Tell Me’ well you know the one where she is dressed all cowboy like..Well I decided I felt like dressing like her, so I got a cheap checker shirt….had a really good night considering I didn’t know these people that well. But the best thing was when we went to the local later on, they played Beds are Burning, Land Down Under and Khe Sahn, couldn’t believe it all in a row…mind you I was pretty tired because I got up at 5am to watch the footy only because we have Sky TV and could watch it then go back to bed. Some crazy people like Jess and Todd got up at 4am to go watch it in Piccadilly!! Ha-ha
